Art at the Library
Newark Library is home to all sorts of great artwork, everything from paintings to sculptures.
Pictured here is the hanging sculpture, Thoughts on Wings. Constructed of zinc, glass, aluminum, and steel, by artist Mark Talaba, it was installed on the 2nd floor of Newark Library in 2004.
Thoughts on Wings was made possible by a generous gift from the estate of Margaret O. Criss.
